  1. Can you deliver to someone off campus?At this time, we only deliver to Purdue University Residence Halls. However, you can order a treat pack for your student to pick up at the main office of Meredith Hall.
  2. How do I check the status of my order?Select the “Order Status” tab at the top of the page. Then, enter the order number and your postal/ZIP code in the fields on that page. The details of your order will be displayed.
  3. How do I order additional treat packs?After you add your first item to your shopping cart, you may select "Continue Shopping" at the bottom of the page or the “Shop” tab at the top of the page to select additional items for purchase.
  4. Why do you want the box number and not the room number for my student?Packages will be delivered to the main office of every residence. There will also be a postcard put into your student’s mailbox notifying them of their treat pack. Most mailbox numbers differ from their room number.
  5. What if my student doesn't like his/her treat pack?Most Boiler Treat Packs have a large variety of products. Although there may be one or two items that he/she would rather share with his/her roommate, we are sure your student will enjoy this special gift from you!
  6. Why can’t I choose the delivery date for some packages?Some packages, like the "Trick or Treats" or "Be Mine, Valentine" packages are date specific, therefore they will only be delivered on a certain date, as close to the target holiday as possible.
  7. How fast can we deliver a birthday treat pack?We guarantee delivery within 3 business days of the order.
  8. Can I add additional items to my treat pack?Due to the volume of treat packs that we produce, we cannot personally customize them. You do have the opportunity to choose a beverage, or cookie flavor depending on the treat pack you select.
  9. How will my student know they have a treat pack waiting for them?Upon delivery, your student will receive a postcard in their mailbox notifying them to pick their pack up at their residence’s main office. Your student will also receive a call the day their treat pack is delivered and a call every day for the next three days until they pick up their pack.
  10. Will my individual message be delivered with the treat pack?Yes, the message that you type into the message box will appear on a card that is delivered with the treat pack!
  11. How can I cancel my order? Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to cancel it.
  12. Are the treat packs delivered to my student's room?Due to access restrictions, direct delivery to the resident's room cannot be accommodated. The treat pack will be delivered to the front office of your student's residence.
  13. Can you delivery my student’s treat pack on their exact birthday, which is Saturday?Our delivery team only delivers Monday through Friday. We can deliver the pack on the Friday before their birthday.
  14. Can I choose the type of candy bars that are in the pack?Due to the volume of treat packs that we produce, we cannot personally customize treat packs. You do have the opportunity to choose a beverage or cookie flavor depending on the treat pack you select.
  15. Will my student receive the "Be Mine, Valentine" pack right on Valentine's Day?Due to the large amount of treat packs that we produce, we deliver our seasonal treat packs within the three day period on or before the holiday.
  16. Can I mail in an order form and pay by check?No.

  19. My email address has changed. How do I update my email address so that I continue to receive email reminders from Boiler Treat Packs? Currently, the only method for updating your email address within our system is to first, opt-out (unsubscribe) of your old email address, and then opt-in (subscribe) with your new email address.
  20. Is there a number to call in orders to Boiler Treat Packs?No, we can only take orders online due to security restrictions, but if you are in need of help, please call 765-494-2538.
