Hawkins Hall - Monthly Rates
Undergraduate Students: Room-only accommodations are double rooms for single undergraduate men and women who have completed four semesters of college or who will be 20 years of age or older by August 21, 2008. Rates for our most common types of double rooms range from $350 to $430 per person, per month, depending on the type of room. Undergraduate students who are interested in an assignment to a single room must be 21 years of age or older by August 21, 2008. Housing payments are due the first of the month. (This billing cycle is subject to change by the University.)
Graduate Students: Room-only double and single room accommodations are available for single graduate men and women students. Rates for our most common types of rooms range from $350 to $655 per person, per month, depending upon the type of room. Housing payments are due the first of the month. (This billing cycle is subject to change by the University.)
