QUESTION - Are there elevators in Elliott Hall of Music or Loeb Playhouse?
ANSWER - Presently, there are no elevators in either facility. If you have special needs regarding accessibility, please contact our Guest Relations Manager at 765-494-3939, and he (she?) would be happy to help you.
QUESTION - Where do I park for an event at Elliott Hall of Music?
ANSWER - University Street Garage is near Elliott Hall at the intersection of Third Street and University Drive. Additional parking is available in the Northwestern Avenue Garage.
QUESTION - Where do I park for an event at Stewart Center’s Loeb Playhouse or Fowler Hall?
ANSWER - Parking garages are located on Grant Street (across from the Memorial Union)
and south of State Street on Marstellar Drive.
QUESTION - A member of my party utilizes a wheelchair. Where can I drop them off so they do not have to travel from the parking garage?
ANSWER - Accessible entries are located under the awnings on the north and south sides of Elliott Hall. At Stewart Center, a ramp is located at the main entrance on Memorial Drive.
QUESTION - Is there a smoking lounge in Elliott Hall?
ANSWER - All university buildings are designated as “non-smoking” facilities.
QUESTION - If I lose a personal item while attending an event at one of the facilities, where do I check to see if it was found?
ANSWER - A “Lost & Found” is located in the box office at each venue.
QUESTION - A family member uses a hearing aid, is there a Hearing Assistance system at your venues?
ANSWER - Yes, each facility is equipped with a hearing assistance system. Please see a member of the Guest Relations Staff to obtain a receiver.
QUESTION - Where do I purchase tickets?
ANSWER - Visit our Buy Tickets section of this website, or visit one of our three box offices located in Elliott Hall of Music, Stewart Center and, during the academic year, Pao Hall.
