Located in the northwest end of Stewart Center; close to the “heart” of campus, this 1,038-seat theatre provides a more intimate setting for Purdue Convocations and Lectures events such as the chamber orchestras, string quartets and the jazz ensembles. The fully-functional theatre is the home of several concerts by University Bands and several events sponsored by the Black Cultural Center and Purdue Musical Organizations. Loeb Playhouse’s multimedia capabilities and close proximity to the conference facilities in Stewart Center make it an excellent venue for lectures, seminars, and other conference activities.
