Undergraduate Residences - Academic Year

NOTE: New residents usually are not assigned to rooms whose rates are at the upper end of these rate ranges. Such rooms as singles and rooms with bath are most often assigned to returning students. Most new student assignments will be to the most common room type in each residence.

Hawkins Hall - Monthly Rates

Undergraduate Students: Room-only accommodations are double rooms for single undergraduate men and women who will be 20 years of age or older by August 21, 2009. Rates for our most common types of double rooms range from $375 to $459 per person, per month, depending on the type of room. Undergraduate students who are interested in an assignment to a single room must be 21 years of age or older by August 21, 2009. Housing payments are due according to the billing cycle established by the Bursar for the University.

Graduate Students: Room-only double and single room accommodations are available for single graduate men and women students. Rates for our most common types of rooms range from $375 to $696 per person, per month, depending upon the type of room. Housing payments are due according to the billing cycle established by the Bursar for the University.
