Academic Year Refund Schedule

New students to the University who cancel in writing with University Residences will receive a refund of the housing deposit as follows: before May 1, $75; May 1 - May 31, $25; June 1 and after, no refund. Current University students who cancel in writing with University Residences will receive a refund of the housing deposit as follows: before June 1, $25; June 1 and after, no refund.

Spring Session Refund Schedule

Students who cancel in writing with University Residences will receive a refund of the housing deposit as follows: before December 1, $25; December 1 and after, no refund.
