If you are a 2009-2010 graduate student and wish to apply for graduate housing at Hawkins Hall for the 2009-2010 Academic Year or Summer 2009, print off the application, and mail or fax to the address below.

Application for Purdue Village Fall 2009-Spring 2010

If you are a 2009-2010 graduate student and wish to apply for graduate housing at Purdue Village for the 2009-2010 Academic Year, print off the application, and mail or fax to the address below.

Application for Fall 2009-Spring 2010

If you are a 2009-2010 student with family and wish to apply for married and family housing for the 2009-2010 Academic Year, print off the application, and mail or fax to the address below. Please note only registered students with spouse, children or parents living with them full time may apply for family housing. Occupants are required to be present at time of check-in.
