Purdue Village: Family Housing - Visiting Scholars and Post Docs
Purdue Village offers apartment living to students with families, visiting scholars and post docs. The residents of Purdue Village create a global community. Over sixty countries are represented in the Purdue Village population. The apartments are located on the southwest side of campus and the setting includes a lot of yard space, mature trees, and playgrounds. This location is convenient to the academic campus, shopping and bus routes. Please take the time to visit our website and call or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions or would like more information.
The apartments were built in the late 1950's and early 1960's. Unfurnished one- and two-bedroom apartments are provided for families. Furnished one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments are also available for single graduate students in separate areas. Apartments are either 12- or 16- to a building in quiet, scenic areas on the southwest side of campus. A new 12,000 square foot Community Center was opened in 2008 and serves as the hub of many activities for this thriving community. This space is available to residents for studying and small group meetings. Purdue Village Community Center also offers a fitness room, recreation room and a beautiful gathering space for residents to enjoy.
