Frequently Asked Questions

How much is registration?
There is no registration fee to attend the celebration. Meals and events will be covered by University Residences. Hotel expenses will be on your own.
Where should I stay?

There are a limited number of rooms blocked at the Union Club Hotel on campus at $229 a night and at the Hilton Garden Inn at Wabash Landing for $129 a night. When you reserve your spot, please share that you are part of the Executive in Residence program.

Can I bring a guest? What about my family?
Of course! There will be some activities that aren’t a good fit for young children, but we hope they will take advantage of Spring Fest activities and bowling Saturday night. These will be marked on the registration form.
Will transportation be provided from the airport to campus/hotel?

There are two shuttle services available from Indianapolis and Chicago (Midway and O’Hare) airports. Lafayette Limo and Reindeer Shuttle.

If you choose to rent a car through National or Enterprise, Purdue has an alumni discount code with these two providers. If you are interested in this code, please email Tammy Loew at tfloew@purdue.edu.

Yes, you may edit all registration information up until April 1.
