COMMUNITY

Purdue offers students many opportunities to become part of a community through participation in student organizations and activities. University Residences offers a chance not only to join an already energetic community, but also to have a direct effect through involvement and proactivity. It is your responsibility to take part in these activities and to help create an environment which fosters learning and civil dialogue.  Our guidelines for supporting this thriving community can be found here.

Learning

Learning doesn’t stop when you enter the residence halls. Whether through a Learning Community, talking with your Faculty Fellow, or studying with your friends, the residence hall experience provides a place to explore new ways to learn and grow.

Diversity

Diversity is valued on campus, and hate and bias are not tolerated in the Purdue community. If you have been a victim of a bias-related incident or have witnessed an incident, you are encouraged to report it here or at the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities (765-494-1250).
