Contract for Summer 2019 Summer Housing

The summer housing contract will be available beginning Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 12:00 noon.

Location

Undergraduate students (who are NOT participants of the Summer Start or Early Start programs) and are taking summer session classes or who will be completing summer research for an academic department at Purdue University during the 2019 Summer Session will be housed at Earhart Hall (co-ed) and Cary East (all male).  Due to the increased demand for summer session housing, double room occupancy only will be offered at Earhart Hall and Cary East for the summer.

Summer Start and Early Start

Summer Start – New students admitted to the 2019 Summer Start program will be required to sign a 2019 Summer Start Housing Contract (July 5 to May 9, 2020) for the summer and following academic year terms.  Summer Start students will be housed in a double room at Harrison Hall and are required to have a roommate who is also a Summer Start participant for the term of the Summer Start housing contract.

Early Start – New students opting to participate in the 2019 Early Start program and want to live in University Residences will be required to sign a 2019 Summer Session housing contract for the Early Start session (July 5 to August 11) and will be housed in a double room at Earhart Hall.  Important Note:  Early Start participants will be required to move out of their summer room assignment no later than Monday, August 5, 2019 at 12:00 noon.  If they plan to continue living in University Residences for the 2019-20 Academic Year, they will also be required to sign a 2019-20 Academic Year housing contract by May 5, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.  Students who sign a 2019-20 Academic Year housing contract by May 5, 2019 will be randomly prioritized in the housing assignment process for their 2019-20 Academic Year room assignment.
