University Residences Rates

Purdue University offers a range of on-campus housing options designed to meet the needs of students across both the West Lafayette and Indianapolis locations. Housing room rates are the cost of living in University Residences for an academic year (fall and spring semesters), and vary based on location, room type, size, and amenities. Students attending Purdue for only one semester may calculate their cost by dividing the academic year rate listed in half.

Room Types and Accessibility

University Residences offer a variety of room types, including traditional residence hall rooms and apartment-style layouts.
