Earhart Hall offers traditional-style rooms with shared community bathrooms. Each room is air-conditioned with individual temperature controls for comfort year-round. The hall features inviting community spaces including a shared kitchen, private study rooms, and large social lounges—perfect for relaxing, collaborating, or connecting with friends. Best of all, Earhart Dining Court is located right downstairs, so you can grab a meal without stepping outside—especially convenient during Indiana’s chilly winters. For busy days, the “On-The-GO!” station offers quick, hot or cold meal options to keep you fueled and focused.
In 1936, aviation pioneer Amelia Earhart joined the Purdue faculty and lived in Windsor Hall (Duhme). Her legacy continues to inspire generations of students, especially women pursuing bold dreams. In honor of her trailblazing spirit, our Faculty-in-Residence program proudly bears her name—connecting students with faculty in meaningful, everyday ways that enrich the residential experience.
