The apartments at 414 North Russell Street are located on the corner of Russell and 5th Street (to the south), just 2 blocks from the academic campus. Wiley dining court is one block to the west, and Ford dining court is 3 blocks north. Right across the street is Chick-Fil-A and Jersey Mike's (inside Frieda Parker Hall).

Location

414 Russell is also walking distance to Mackey Arena, Ross Ade Stadium, Starbucks on Third Street, the France A. Córdova Recreational Sports Center, Engineering buildings and restaurants/shopping on Northwestern Avenue.

Apartment Layouts

414 Russell contains 14 Apartments with various layouts (see example 1 Bedroom layout below). These apartments are furnished with a bed, dresser, desk and chair for each student.

• 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom for one student
• 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom for two students
• 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for two students

NOTE: Second and third floor apartment balconies cannot be accessed by residents.

Students who live in the UR Boiler Apartments will be on a University Residences contract and a Purdue Dining & Culinary meal plan. Students living in UR Boiler Apartments must abide by the guidelines for University Residences.
