Applications for Fall 2025 - Spring 2026 

Beginning January 15, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (noon), new incoming beginner students and exchange students who are interested in living with University Residences for the 2025-26 academic year may sign an academic year housing application. After accepting your offer of admission, please allow up to two business days to gain access to the housing portal. Transfer, Re-entry and Re-admit students who are interested in living in University Residences for the 2025-26 academic year will be required to place their name on a wait list to sign a housing application - if space is available after the new student housing application priority deadline.

The deadline to apply for on-campus housing with University Residences has been extended to May 27. Submitting a housing application does not guarantee housing, as assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis as space is available. 

Please note, students who were admitted from the waitlist in April will be guaranteed housing if they sign their housing application by May 27, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
