Scheduled to open in time for the Fall 2020 semester, Meredith South Residence Hall will house the Women in Engineering, Women in Technology, Women in Science and Women in Agriculture learning communities. Meredith South will be located adjacent to and just south of the original Meredith Hall, bordering First Street and Earhart Drive.

Meredith South features “pod” style housing, with a mix of triple, double and single-occupancy rooms arranged around a centralized bathroom and lounge area. This style of housing allows students to live, collaborate and study with peers who are pursuing the same courses of study. The hall also features space for larger gatherings and learning community events as well as dining concepts designed especially for students.
