Upon graduating from Purdue University and DePaul University, Marc Swanson applied his knowledge of accounting to corporate finance and entertainment. With a passion for theme parks and animals, Marc sought out a career working as Vice President of Finance for Sesame Place from 2004 to 2008. Thereafter, he made his way into the Busch Entertainment Corporation as their Corporate Controller from 2008-2011 which eventually led to his roles as Vice President of Performance Management and Corporate Controller for SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. from 2012-2015. Throughout 2015-2017, Marc acted as the Chief Accounting Officer and interim Chief Financial Officer, where he now assumes his permanent appointment as official Chief Financial Officer.

Once graduating from Purdue University in 1992, Dave Omholt has been on almost every side of the career fence. From a licensor to a licensee as well as both an employer and employee, Dave brings with him a real-world, balanced view of franchise and retail industries. Beginning as a Senior Manager of Accenture, a global management consulting and professional service firm, in 1992, Dave eventually worked toward becoming the CEO and Founder of The Entrepreneur Authority (TEA). In this role, Dave has been one of the first franchise brokers to earn the designation of Certified Franchise Executive (CFE), the highest accreditation in his industry. He has also been quoted on franchising trends in many national publications, including the Wall Street Journal & Financial Times. Additionally, Dave has consulted for hundreds of industries across the US, Canada, and Mexico, including Charles Schwab, Denny’s, Checkers, Great Clips, and Potbelly.

After graduating from Purdue University in 1977, Steve Furry became a leading expert in managing large, complex performance improvement projects. Beginning as a Partner with Ernst & Young, Steve had developed an interest for healthcare consulting.  For the next 35 years, Steve would go on to assist hundreds of healthcare providers with their efforts to improve overall performance and reduce cost though his co-founding of V4 Consulting and eventually as CEO of Catalyst Healthcare Advisors, where he still resides today. As CEO, Steve manages the change process and helps boards, medical staffs, and senior management successfully implement the changes necessary to reposition their organizations for sustainable success.

After graduating from Purdue University, Amy Furry went on to earn her MBA from Butler University and to become Director of Marketing & Product Development at Anthem, Inc. Having spent over 11 years with the company, Amy sought out other opportunities which lead her to becoming the Manager & Strategy Consultant for the Ford Motor Company. The skills that she developed while working in those companies motivated her to becoming Co-Founder and Senior Advisor of Catalyst Healthcare, where she advises hospitals regarding project management and process improvement.
